AgWeatherNet Weekly Weather Outlook for May 5 to May 11, 2018

Warm and Slightly Unsettled This Weekend; From Hot to Cooler Next Week

Nic Loyd, Meteorologist, 509-786-9357

Warm conditions are likely this weekend, although some clouds are anticipated due to a fairly moist atmosphere. In fact, a mild disturbance and increasing instability could bring a few showers or thunderstorms to the state on Sunday and Sunday night.

A drier Monday should give way to a rather hot Tuesday afternoon, before a more potent system brings increased winds and shower chances for next Wednesday and Thursday. A decrease in day time temperatures around mid week will eventually be followed by cooler low temperatures later in the period.
