Frost is likely in cold locations, especially in the Yakima Valley, on Saturday morning. Following a slight chance of frost on Sunday morning, the risk of subfreezing temperatures will be minimal through the middle of next week. The weather will be mostly dry and seasonal this weekend, with high temperatures generally in the 60s. Unsettled weather will return next week, along with a chance of rain at times. Cooler weather is possible beginning around mid next week. Although the details remain uncertain, it appears that systems may impact the region around Monday and Wednesday of next week, bringing periods of rain to western Washington.
